Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is unwashed
- All original packaging and tags are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene reasons, used body cooling wraps or products showing signs of wear may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Cobber Cooler within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where applicable
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A repair
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our side.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customised or personalised products
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
